Essential fats and sporting performance |
With increasing awareness amongst triathletes of the role of Essential Fatty Acids Omega 3 and 6 in enhancing sporting performance, the man who pioneered the use of these "good" fats and introduced the world to cold pressed flaxseed oil and Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend - Udo Erasmus, is making a rare visit to the UK and will be holding a series of evening talks, two of which are on Essential Fats and Sporting Performance - "Fats for Fitness" as follows:
Manchester - 17 April - 7.15pm - Crowne Plaza Hotel
London - 19 April - 7.15pm - Danubius Hotel regents Park
This is a great opportunity to hear how Essential Fats work on the body and how they can help with sporting performance.
